Looking for Participants
Hello, I am doing a research project and am looking for participants! The project is on how female gamers navigate the gaming community with
their gender identities. This project will be discussed publicly with
full confidentiality of participants. I am looking for female gamers
that have regular involvement in the gaming community. For the purpose
of my study, regular involvement means doing at least one of the
following once every two weeks on average: playing online in a group
setting and communicating with other players, taking part in online or
in real life discussions having to do with gaming with other gamers,
and/or attending video game-related events. If you are interested in
talking about your experiences in the gaming community, are above the
age of 18 and are willing to be interviewed over skype, please contact
me. Interviews will take around an hour depending on your answers and
can be scheduled at your convenience.

Remember Youkai Watch, that curious Pokemon-esque Level-5 game with ghosts? I was down for it when the developer showed off this anime-heavy trailer a year ago, but I figured it’d be a home console-only release.
Not so, according to CoroCoro Comic! The Japanese magazine says it will be a 3DS game, though I wouldn’t be surprised if it also releases for home consoles, and the portable treatment is similar to how E.X. Troopers/Ni no Kuni is handled. Which is alright, to me, so long as the games makes it way here eventually.
